Jet lag

A really interesting research article:

What do you think - have you ever experienced any of these symptoms?

  1. I thought this was a very interesting article especially as i used to get really bad jet lag (not sleeping at the correct time, getting tired in the day). But I find a good way to combat jetlag is to change your watch the day before you take off and sleep at the appropriate times according to your watch. I also find that you get worse jetlag on long haul flights when the time difference changes more dramatically. On these flights they sometimes dim the lighting when it is night time in your destination. it is good to sleep then as you feel refreshed when you arrive.

Also I thought it was quite cruel to give the hamsters CHRONIC jetlag repeatedly
